  • Yield: 1 tray
  • Category: Appetizer
  • Method: raw
  • Cuisine: american

Ingredients

  • Genoa salami
  • Soppressata
  • Watermelon
  • Smoked cheddar
  • Brie
  • Lamb Chopper
  • Fig jam
  • Prosciutto
  • Rosemary crackers
  • Dry roasted almonds

Instructions

Crunchy Snacks

  1. Make your own or buy the crackers (Get my recipe for Rosemary Parmesan Sea Salt Crackers)

Prep

  1. Cut up the cheese and watermelon
  2. Section out the meats

Plate

  1. Spoon a dollop of fig jam onto the center of your platter
  2. Add nuts and olives (if using)
  3. Place everything else around the platter in whatever way looks good to you - we prefer a circle for this one, but parallelograms work, too

Notes

Hopefully, you'll do this again and again trying different cheeses and meats. It's fun and tasty, and you just might find a new muse - for me it's the damn Lamb Chopper.
