Grandma Bess’ Macaroni Salad

This macaroni salad brings back memories of our large family gatherings back in the day. I added a smoked touch to my Grandma’s recipe. The parboiled carrots and Gherkin sweet pickles are the stars of this recipe. I hope you won’t be disappointed!
